- Agency ID Required at Registration
- Agency payment is required to be received prior to training session, or confirmation from the agency that the payment is or has been processed.
- W-9 forms are available by email request to info@aldemanassociates.com
- Invoices will be emailed to the agency billing official listed on the registration form.
- Check Payments can be made payable to ALDEMAN & Associates LLC and mailed to:

- Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@aldemanassociates.com
- Trainings canceled by ALDEMAN & Associates LLC will encompass a full tuition refund or tuition credit for any future training.
- Agency/attendees cancellation will be accepted 5 days prior to the training/course and will received a full tuition refund or credit to a future training/course. Registration can also be transferred to another person without penalty.
- If the attendee is a "NO SHOW", the registration fee will not be REFUNDABLE. The tuition can be credited for a future training course provided said course is of equal or lesser value, and ALDEMAN & Associates is notified by attendee and/or respective agency within 30 days of the completion of the original training.
- A Confirmation email will be sent after receiving your registration. Please check your spam/junk email box if you don't receive a confirmation email 5 days after registering.
